Working either onsite or at our workshops, our team of highly skilled engineers are able to offer both an onsite and workshop repair facility for PCs and Laptops. The majority of repairs are conducted on a same day basis meaning you are not left without an operational computer system for long periods of time. We operate on either an ad-hoc basis or under a maintenance agreement, giving you greater flexibility depending on your needs.
In the event that a repair cannot be completed onsite, our engineers aim to supply a temporary machine wherever possible, to ensure that any downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. We would then conduct the necessary repairs at our workshop facilities at the nearest office to your venue, and return the machine within the shortest possible timescale in good working order.
All of our engineers are fully trained and experienced at working with hardware, network and software faults, and can provide the assistance and support expected within both a residential and business environment. We carry spares for most makes of computer system, & can access non-stock spare parts on a next working day basis.
Digital Square also provide regular and scheduled preventative maintenance, ensuring that your computer systems continue to perform optimally. Our engineers can perform a physical clean both internally and externally, and advise of any recommended upgrades or worn components, reducing the risk of PC failure. In addition to this, we will ensure all the latest updates and service packs are installed on your machine, and check to ensure your computer is adequately protected and virus/spyware free. This facility can also be arranged on an ad-hoc basis or under a maintenance agreement.
